You can purchase the lumber mentioned in the plans straight off the shelf. Trim to size with a miter saw according to the plans.

Use the Milescraft PocketJig200 to drill all of the pocket holes. Use Milescraft pocket screws and wood glue to assemble all of the pieces.

Follow the plans to make the cuts for the bench top. Assemble with wood glue and pocket holes. Attach the bench top to the base from the underside.

Cut upholstery foam and fabric to size. Staple the fabric to the underside of the bench.
